What is Institutional Effectiveness?

The Office for Institutional Effectiveness exists to ensure appropriate systems are implemented to accomplish institutional and educational goals. It is our responsibility to continually seek improvement through prayer, asking relevant questions, performing consistent evaluations, and assisting administrators, educators, and  leaders in implementing needed change.


Graduation Rate

Graduation rates are calculated upon students graduating the program within 150% of program length. (For example, students who enroll in a four year program have six years to graduate to be included in this rate.)

*Based on students who enrolled in Fall 2016.

Retention Rate

Retention rates calculate the percentage of students who enter college as freshmen and return the following year as sophomores.

*Based on 12 students in the 2022 freshmen class.

Placement Rate

Placement rates are the percentage of students who receive a job offer related to their education within three months of graduation. At our college, one hundred percent received theirs before graduation.

*Based on 23 class of 2023 graduates.

The Institute Provides Long-Term Success in Work and Life after College.

In 2014, Gallup and Purdue University performed a national survey to evaluate the correlation of people’s success and happiness within their jobs and lives to their experience with their alma mater. The study listed six claims that were believed to directly correlate with people’s long-term success at work and in life after college. The results indicate that it isn’t just where you go, but the quality of experience at the school you choose that demonstrates success after college. In 2018, the Institute for G.O.D. Int’l participated in the survey.

Results for the Gallup-Purdue Index are based on web surveys conducted Feb. 4 - Mar. 7 2014, with a random sample of approximately 1,557 respondents with an associate’s degree and 29,560 respondents with a bachelor’s degree or higher, aged 18 and older, with internet access, living in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Data collected for the Institute for G.O.D. Int’; represents 59% of all undergraduate alumni. Survey conducted in 2018 was anonymous.
